2011-2012 Board of Education Goals

  • Following community input and ongoing discussions, the Board will identify an administrative structure for the future and conduct a thorough search that will result in placing the best possible candidate(s) in the administrative role(s).

  • Given the discussions that took place at public meetings, the Board will utilize a calendar that will provide a time line for specific tasks such as the evaluation of the administration, teacher tenure review, goal setting, and budget updates.

  • Following discussions at public meetings, the Board will initiate a process for the development of a strategic plan for the school district.
